12.48.010 - Scope.#
It is unlawful for any person to do or to allow or permit any of the acts prohibited by this division in any public park or playground in South Salt Lake City or in any place now, or which may hereafter be, set aside or used as a public park or playground under the jurisdiction of the city whether within or without the city limits.

12.48.020 - Violation—Penalty.#
All offenses as set forth in this division shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred ninety-nine dollars ($299.00), or a jail sentence not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
