12.40.010 - Parks—Time of closing.#
All city parks and playgrounds shall be closed to the public between the hours of eleven p.m. and six a.m. of the following morning. No person or persons shall be permitted in said parks during said hours.

12.40.020 - Reservations.#
The pavilions may be reserved by applying at City Hall. Reservations shall be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A reasonable fee and cleaning deposit may be charged in an amount to be determined by the city council.
