Chapter 12.32 - SPECIAL DISTRICTS#

12.32.010 - State statutes adopted.#

Title 17A of the Utah Code Annotated is adopted by reference as the governing law pertaining to special districts in the city of South Salt Lake. All future amendments and revisions to Title 17A are adopted as well. The city of South Salt Lake shall employ Title 17A as needed for all procedures and regulations of special districts within the city.
