7-3-1: - MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ACT ADOPTED:#
Utah Code Annotated section 17A-3-301 et seq., is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as though fully set forth herein as the city's procedure for the levy of special taxes to make improvements.
