4-5-6: - NUISANCE ABATEMENT — ADMINISTRATION:

This chapter may be administered and enforced by the city, code enforcement or the public safety department. In case of nuisances involving dangerous buildings enforcement may be administered by the community development or fire department or any other properly authorized agent of the city.
