Material amendments to an approved final plat or final site plan shall be processed as a subdivision application or site plan application and reviewed by the designated land use authority in accordance with Utah Code Title 10, and this title. A material amendment includes any change that alters lot configuration, access, public improvements, easements, open space, or other elements affecting compliance with applicable regulations or conditions of approval. Minor amendments, defined as changes that do not alter the number, size, or configuration of lots; do not affect access, public improvements, or easements; and do not modify approved conditions or compliance with applicable regulations, may be approved administratively by the city, subject to applicable standards and requirements.
