A.

Residential Zones: Nonconforming uses in residential zones; one sign per use. One square foot of sign area per lineal foot of building frontage, with a maximum of fifty (50) square feet.

B.

Other than Residential Zones: Nonconforming uses in other than residential zones; one sign per use. Area of the sign shall be in accordance with the provisions of the regulations set forth in chapter 16 of this title, for the respective zone in which the nonconforming use is located.
