Sec. 4-2. - Adoption of county ordinance.

(a)

Title 8-000, Uniform Animal Control Ordinance, Revised Ordinances of Beaver County, 2004, or any subsequent amendment thereto, is hereby adopted as the animal control ordinance for the town and is included as Appendix A to this Code.

(b)

The county sheriff, as the animal control administrator and the animal control officer employed by the county, is hereby appointed as the animal control administrator and animal control officer for the town.
