Sec. 24-1. - Penalties.#
Any person violating, causing or permitting violation of any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, unless otherwise provided.

Sec. 24-2. - Signs.#
The town council may authorize or direct any person employed by the town to erect or install any sign or traffic control device required to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
