Sec. 14-1. - Town council to provide place of incarceration.#
(a)
The town council shall provide for a place of incarceration which shall be the county jail.
(b)
The town council may contract with any person, county, municipality, or combination thereof for the purpose of providing suitable premises and facilities to be used by the town as the municipal jail.
