4-1-1 - Department Created.#
There is hereby created the Administration Department.
4-1-2 - Director of Finance.#
There is hereby created the position of Director of Finance who shall be the Administration Department supervisor and perform the financial duties and responsibilities of the City Recorder as established by Chapter 6 of Title 10 of the Utah Code and the financial administrative duties of the Director of Finance prescribed in the Uniform Accounting Manual for Utah Cities.
4-1-3 - City Recorder.#
The City Recorder shall perform the duties prescribed by law except for financial duties which shall be performed as directed by the Director of Finance. (10-6-137 and 10-6-138 of the Utah Code.)
4-1-4 - City Treasurer.#
The City Treasurer shall perform the duties prescribed by law. (10-6-141 through 10-6-146 of the Utah Code.)
