19-7-1 - Preliminary Plat Application Fee.#
At the time of filing the preliminary plat, the Subdivider shall deposit with the City a non-refundable fee made payable to Kaysville City. The City Council shall by resolution from time to time prescribe the amount of such fee, which shall be for the purpose of reimbursing the City for the expense of checking and reviewing such preliminary subdivision plats.
19-7-2 - Final Plat Application Fee.#
At the time of filing the final plat, the Subdivider shall deposit with the City a non-refundable fee made payable to Kaysville City. The City Council shall be resolution from time to time prescribe the amount of such fee, which shall be for the purpose of reimbursing the City for the expense of checking and reviewing such final subdivision plats.
19-7-3 - Recording Fee.#
At the time of recording the final plat, the Subdivider shall be responsible for the recording fee.
19-7-4 - Inspection Fee.#
Prior to recording the final plat, the Subdivider shall deposit with the City a construction inspection fee. The City Council shall by resolution from time to time prescribe the amount of such fee, which shall be for the purpose of reimbursing the City for the expense of review and inspection of the subdivision improvements.
