17-22-1 - Purpose.#
To provide area for appropriate public facilities in a campus, park or open space setting.
17-22-2 - Site Plan Review.#
A site plan review is required and a site plan shall be submitted for all uses. (Consult KCC 18-4.)
17-22-4 - Conditional Uses.#
There are no conditional uses.
17-22-5 - Special Provisions.#
The real property within the PU Zone District shall be owned by a government entity.
17-22-6 - Height Regulations.#
No building shall exceed thirty-five feet (35') in height, except as pursuant to KCC 17-25-2.
17-22-7 - Area, Lot Coverage and Yard Requirements.#
There are no lot size or yard requirements.
17-22-8 - Prohibited Uses.#
The permitted uses or uses allowed by conditional use permit in this Chapter shall constitute the entirety of uses allowable in the PU zone. All other uses are prohibited unless: 1.
Determined to be substantially similar to an existing permitted or conditional use in accordance with Chapter 39; or
2.
Approved as a new or unlisted business under Chapter 39.
