Part of the City Ordinances of Kaysville, UT.
The text

The City Council finds that the accumulation of wrecked, junked, partially dismantled, inoperative or abandoned motor vehicles and outside storage of unregistered motor vehicles can create medical conditions which are injurious to health and offensive to the senses. The accumulation of said motor vehicles may be dangerous to human life and health and renders the soil, air, and water impure or unwholesome.

4.
The accumulation and storage of vehicles or part(s) thereof, as defined above, on private property, except as set forth in Subsection (3), shall constitute a nuisance detrimental to the health, safety and welfare and offensive to the senses of the residents of the City.
