Sec. 1.04.010. - Form of government.#
The City of Kamas is a six-member council form of government. UCA 10-3b-301 et seq.

Sec. 1.04.020. - Powers and duties.#
The City Council of Kamas City shall at all times have those powers and duties set forth in the current version of Utah Code as amended.
