Sec. 90-66. - Service provider rate adjustment.#

(a)

The base rate shall include the service provider rate adjustment. The service provider rate adjustment shall be defined as an allowed adjustment to the rate set by the current contract between the city and service provider.

(b)

The service provider rate adjustment, as defined above, shall be made on the next bill rendered to each customer following determination of amount of the adjustment.
