Sec. 70-110. - Wheelies prohibited.#
In any area visible to the general public, causing the front wheel or wheels of a motorized vehicle to leave the driving surface (commonly known as a "wheelie") is prohibited and hereby declared to be a nuisance.

Sec. 70-111. - Penalty.#
Any person violating section 70-110 shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $200.00.
