Sec. 36-1. - Land development regulations adopted by reference.#
The land development regulations of the town, together with all revisions and amendments, are adopted by reference and as if fully set out in this chapter. A copy of the land development regulations shall be available at the town hall during normal business hours.

Sec. 36-2. - Smart Code adopted by reference.#
The town Smart Code, dated March 18, 2010, is hereby adopted by reference and as if fully set out in this chapter. A copy of the Smart Code shall be available at the town hall during normal business hours.
