(a)
Public parks shall be open from sunrise to sunset. Overnight use is prohibited without prior approval by the town.
(b)
The use of radios or other electronically amplified equipment is prohibited.
(c)
The use and/or possession of beer, wine, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs is prohibited.
(d)
Littering is prohibited. All trash shall be deposited into a container provided for that purpose.
(e)
Smoking is prohibited within any town-owned structure, to include a covered shelter or gazebo, boardwalks, a nature trail, parks or any playground, or a tennis, volleyball or other sports court.
(f)
The use of skates, skateboards, rollerblades or bicycles or other such devices is prohibited.
(g)
All equipment and facilities provided shall be used for their intended purposes only.
(h)
The sale of goods and/or services without the prior approval of the town council shall be prohibited.
(i)
The use of open fires, except for cooking grills, is prohibited without prior approval by the town.
(j)
The removal or destruction of plants, shrubs, flowers or trees by unauthorized personnel shall be prohibited.
(k)
Parking shall be permitted in designated areas only.
(l)
Violations of the above rules shall be a misdemeanor punishable by section 1-14.
(m)
Nothing herein is intended to authorize any acts otherwise prohibited under state law.
