Sec. 3-1. - License authorized for liquor establishments permitting dancing.#
All Class B liquor establishments where dancing is permitted are hereby authorized to obtain a license from the town clerk in accordance with G.L. 1956, §§ 3-7-7 and 5-22-3, as amended.
