Sec. 15-7. - Town's responsibility.

(a)

The town shall be responsible for all repair and maintenance of all main sewer lines up to the "Y" connection for a building service connection.

(b)

The property owner shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the building service connection pipe, up to and including the "Y" connection.

(c)

Owners share the responsibility equally for a common chimney connection.
