Sec. 70-104. - Enforcement by the department of public works.

In addition to duly appointed police officers, the director of the department of public works, or his or her designee shall have authority to enforce the provisions of this article, and to that end shall be authorized to issue summonses of the municipal court to any person who is in violation of the provisions of section 70-102.
