Sec. 66-11. - Suspension of municipal separate storm sewer system access.

Any person discharging to the municipal separate storm sewer system in violation of this article may have their municipal separate storm sewer system access terminated if such termination would abate or reduce an illicit discharge. The authorized enforcement agent will notify a violator of the proposed termination of its MS4 access. The violator may petition the authorized enforcement agent for reconsideration and/or a hearing. A person commits a separate violation if a person reinstates municipal separate storm sewer system access to a premises terminated pursuant to this section, without the prior approval of the authorized enforcement agent.
