Sec. 2-26. - Notice article 56-6 transactions under $2,500.00.

Within 24 hours of a request from a department for an article 56-6 expenditure under $2,500.00 and within 24 hours of the approval of said request, the department head making the request shall notify the city council president and the council finance chairperson of the details of the request.
