Sec. 18-6. - Permit fee for transportation, storage or handling of hazardous substances; tank removal fee.

(a)

The fee for a permit for uses involving transportation, storage or handling of substances involving life hazards shall be as provided in the following schedule:

(b)

Tank removal fees shall be the same as the fees set out in subsection (a) of this section.
