Sec. 18-4. - License fee for solid waste collectors or persons operating transfer station.

(a)

The license fee schedule for persons or entities engaged in the business of collecting or hauling solid waste within the boundaries of the city shall be as follows:

(1)

Two vehicles or less, per year .....$ 50.00

(2)

Three to five vehicles, per year .....100.00

(3)

Six to ten vehicles, per year .....200.00

(4)

Eleven or more vehicles, per year .....300.00

(b)

For persons or entities engaged in the business of operation of a transfer station for the handling of solid waste or recyclable materials, where such person or entity handles in excess of 2,000 pounds per month, the license fee shall be $250.00 yearly.
