Sec. 18-13. - Processing fee for concealed weapons carry permit.

The Board of Public Safety/Police Department shall not charge any fees for concealed carry permits other than the permit fee of $40.00 authorized to be charged by Rhode Island General Laws 11-47-12 at the time the permit is issued. This also applies to concealed carry permit renewals.
