Sec. 3-150. - The licensing of kennels.#
Any person granted a special use permit to operate a kennel in the Town of Warren, or otherwise operating a kennel in the town, shall pay a licensing fee to the town in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per year, due no later than December 1 of the licensing year. For new kennels, the licensing fee may be paid upon commencement of operation and pro-rated. Fifty dollars ($50.00) late fees shall be assessed for failure to timely pay the licensing fee as set forth herein.
