(a)
Property owners will be required to present their system for inspection to the WWMD manager, or his/her designee, within thirty (30) days of the issuance of a written notice for inspection from the WWMD manager. Failure to respond to this requirement will be deemed a violation of [this article].
(b)
Property owners shall be required to pump their system within thirty (30) days of the issuance of a written notice to pump from the WWMD manager. Failure to respond to this requirement will be deemed a violation of this article.
