Sec. 21-86. - Compliance with industrial pretreatment ordinance.#
Users of the town wastewater facilities shall comply with the industrial pretreatment ordinance. The ordinance was adopted to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including the Clean Water Act (33 United States Code § 1251 et seq.) and the General Pretreatment Regulations (40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 403). All commercial and industrial sewer users are directed to the industrial pretreatment ordinance for toxic material discharge limitations and monitoring regulation.
