Sec. 18-80. - Public school grounds closing hours.#
No person shall be on any public school grounds within the town during the hours that those grounds are closed. All public school grounds, including but not limited to, buildings, playgrounds, recreational facilities and playing fields shall be closed from 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, unless permission is granted by the school district and town council to remain open at other designated times.

Sec. 18-81. - Town hall parking lot.#
Whenever the town police department declares a parking ban to be in effect due to snow or other weather conditions, no vehicle shall be allowed to park or be placed in any part of the municipal parking lot located to the side of and the back of the town hall, including those parking spaces adjacent to the north side government building located at One Joyce Street within one (1) hour after the parking ban is lifted. Any vehicle so parked in violation of this section shall be towed at the owner's expense and also shall be subject to a fine not exceeding one hundred ($100.00) dollars.

Sec. 18-82. - Overnight parking prohibited.#
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 18-8, it shall be unlawful to park a vehicle overnight in any Town owned parking lot or parking area. Overnight is defined as a period of time from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Any vehicle so parked in violation of this section may be towed at the owner's expense and may also be subject to a fine not exceeding one hundred ($100.00) dollars.
