Sec. 18-11. - Erecting telephone, etc., poles.

Any person who shall erect any pole for the support of any telephone, telegraph or other wire in any street or highway of the town without the consent of the town council shall be punished in accordance with section 1-8 for each day such pole shall be allowed to remain in such street or highway.
