The town shall collect a fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) from each applicant requesting approval of a soil erosion and sedimentation plan for the purposes of administering this chapter. The applicant shall bear any additional costs for review of the application by the town's consulting engineer or any expert retained by the town for purposes of a review of said application.
