Planning.
Planning applications: $100.00 for concept review
$500.00 for residential development
$250.00 per proposed lot for residential development
$750.00 for commercial development
$300.00 per proposed lot for commercial development
Engineering surcharge 10 percent of invoice from contracted engineer review
Copy of planning rules and regulations $25.00
Copy of comprehensive plan $50.00
(b)
Zoning.
Zoning certificate: $25.00
Zoning applications: $125.00 for residential development
$225.00 for commercial development
Zoning permit: $25.00
Waterfront overlay development plan review $25.00 application filing fee
$30.00 advertising fee (all developments)
$3.00 per abutter
