(a)
This chapter shall be enforced by the Tiverton Police Department through any lawful means in law or in equity including, but not limited to, prosecution of a misdemeanor.
(b)
Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a crime, and upon conviction, may be imprisoned for a term of no more than one year and/or a fine of up to $500.00.
(c)
Any person who violates this section shall also be subject to revocation of any municipal licenses and permits including, but not limited to, sales licenses.
