Sec. 78-136. - Parking restricted—Handicap parking, certificate required.#
No person shall park any vehicle at any time except for a person with a handicap parking certificate in the marked restricted space at the following residential locations: (1)
23 Clement Street—Adjacent to the residential driveway curb cut.

8 Clement Street.
