Sec. 26-3. - Regulations of Pocasset Hill Cemetery parking.

(a)

No person shall park any motor vehicle within the boundaries of Pocasset Hill Cemetery, located at 638 Main Road, unless:

(1)

Attending a funeral service.

(2)

Visiting a gravesite.

(3)

Participating in a cemetery-organized event.

(4)

Performing maintenance or landscaping work.

(5)

On site for any other legitimate purposes approved by cemetery management.

(b)

No person shall park overnight within the boundaries of Pocasset Hill Cemetery.

(c)

The Town of Tiverton is authorized to use an electronic or web-based application to comply, monitor, or enforce any provision of this section.
