The text
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any motorboat or other watercraft while being operated upon waters within the boundaries of the town to pass closer than a reasonable distance to a public bathing area on the shores of the waters of the town.
(b)
No boat or other personal watercraft shall operate from the town beach.
