Sec. 26-35. - Key access boxes.#
All commercial, large multi-unit residential structures, and 1, 2, and 3 family homes with a monitored alarm system in the town are required to provide emergency access to their building as outlined in the Narragansett Fire Department Key Access Box Standard. All applicable buildings shall install an approved key access box, provide updated keys for their premises, and maintain these boxes to the aforementioned standard.
