7.23. - Student occupied dwellings, located in a R-10, R-10A or R20 zone.

A dwelling or dwelling unit shall not be occupied by more than five college students, unless the building in which the dwelling is located is owner occupied. The maximum number shall be one college student per legal bedroom and shall not exceed five college students per dwelling. The maximum number shall not apply to NARR-certified recovery residences.
