DIVISION 2. - RESIDENCE STICKER#
Sec. 66-141. - For use of town facilities.#
(a)
The town shall issue an annual residence sticker to any resident defined in subsection (b) of this section, upon the payment of the current fee which shall be set by the town council from time to time. The residence stickers shall permit the owner to use the recreational facilities, beach and such other town facilities and upon such terms as the town council shall establish by resolution.
(b)
The term "resident," as used in this section, shall mean any person registered to vote in the town or owning, renting or leasing real estate in the town for a period of 30 consecutive days or more.
