Sec. 62-21. - Obstruction of drainage.#
No person shall place or put, or cause to be placed or put, or suffer to remain, in any of the streets, highways or lanes within the town, any obstruction or device of whatever kind or nature that shall in any manner prevent, hinder or interfere with the free flow of water at all times by and through the gutters in such lanes, streets or highways.

Sec. 62-22. - Playing games, throwing objects on public places.#
No person shall play at football or other ball, or other game, upon or about any street, highway, road, lane, wharf or other public place.
