DIVISION 1. - GENERALLY#
Sec. 54-101. - Hours of operation.#
No yard sale shall be conducted except on the day specified on the application for the license. No yard sale shall be conducted at any time other than between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

DIVISION 2. - LICENSE#
Sec. 54-116. - Required.#
It shall be unlawful to conduct a yard sale within the town without a license issued by the town clerk.

Sec. 54-117. - Application; limited to residents.#
Application for a license to conduct a yard sale shall be made to the town clerk not later than five days prior to such proposed sale. Licenses shall be limited to residents of the town. The application shall state the name, residence, date and location of the sale.

Sec. 54-118. - Fee; issuance; number limited.#
The town clerk shall issue a license to such person applying for the license required in this division upon payment to the town of a fee as set forth in appendix C; provided, however, that no more than two such licenses shall be issued in any one calendar year to any one person for any one location.
