(a)
Schedule. Every person upon making application shall pay to the town clerk the fees, which are established in appendix C.
(b)
Exemptions.
(1)
No license fee shall be charged where the licensee is exempt and has been licensed under G.L. 1956, § 5-11-18.
(2)
No license fee shall be charged where the licensee is non-profit corporation under 42 U.S.C. S 501(c)(3).
