DIVISION 1. - NOTIFICATION TO FARMERS#
Sec. 22-320. - Notice required.#
Notification of matters subject to notification shall be given to farmers as required by G.L. 1956, title 2, ch. 23.1 (G.L. 1956, § 2-23.1-1 et seq.).

Sec. 22-321. - Officials responsible.#
The following officials are hereby designated to provide the notification required by G.L. 1956, § 2-23.1-4 and to receive requests for work sessions in accordance with G.L. 1956, § 2-23-6: Subject Matter Responsible Town Official
Changes of the zoning and/or permitted uses of land used for farming Town planner
Designation or amendment of the designation of land used for farming in the comprehensive plan or land use ordinances Town planner
Changes in the manner of taxation of real and personal property used for farming Assessor
Regulation of water use for farming purposes Director of public works
Control of noise and hours of operation of machinery and equipment used in farming Town clerk
