Sec. 14-21. - Payment of permit fee prior to construction.#
No permit for construction or alteration of buildings and structures within the town shall be issued by the building official until the appropriate fee shall be paid to the town in accordance with the schedule of fees in appendix C.

Sec. 14-22. - Building code board of appeals.#
The five regular members of the zoning board of review, in addition to all other duties assigned, either by law or ordinance, shall constitute the local building code board of appeals for the town. The board shall constitute the local board of appeals under G.L. 1956, § 23-27.3-127.2.
