46-43(a) (1) For the selling or offering for sale as a hawker and peddler, watches, jewelry, gold and silverware or articles manufactured of German silver from wagons, carts or other vehicles or from handcarts or pushcarts or on foot $50.00

(2) For the selling or offering for sale as a hawker and peddler, patent medicines from wagons, carts or other vehicles, or from handcarts or pushcarts or on foot $50.00

(3) For the selling or offering for sale as a hawker and peddler, groceries, fruits, vegetables or farm products from wagons, carts or other vehicles or from handcarts or pushcarts or on foot $25.00

(4) For the selling or offering for sale as a hawker and peddler, ice cream, bakery products, goods, wares, merchandise and other articles or substances other than groceries, fruits, vegetables, farm products, watches, jewelry, gold or silverware or articles manufactured of German silver or patent medicines from wagons, carts or other vehicles or from handcarts or pushcarts or on foot $25.00

(5) For selling or offering for sale from door to door, any articles or merchandise $100.00
