$1,001.00—$10,000.00 $35.00 plus $10.00 per thousand or fraction thereof over $1,001.00

$10,001.00—$100,000.00 $125.00 plus $7.00 per thousand or fraction thereof over $10,001.00

$100,001.00—No limit $755.00 plus $6.00 per thousand or fraction thereof over $100,001.00

(2) Plumbing permits

(a) Base fee $25.00

(b) Per fixture $5.00

(3) Electrical permits

(a) Base fee $25.00

(b) Plus per $1,000.00, based on applicant's reasonable project cost estimate $10.00

(4) Mechanical permits

(a) Base fee $25.00

(b) Plus per $1,000.00, based on applicant's reasonable project cost estimate $10.00

(5) Sign permits

(a) Base fee $20.00

(b) Plus per square foot $1.00

(6) Moving permit $50.00

(7) Demolition $50.00

(8) Certificate of use and occupancy $25.00

(9) Late filing fee 50 percent of permit fee

(10) Reinspection fee (for failed inspection) $25.00

For purposes of this section, all cost estimates shall be rounded to the next 1,000, and the fee shall be calculated accordingly.
