Sec. 5.5-7. - Farm-based solar energy system.

(a)

Intermediate and large farms, as defined herein, may install a solar energy system as an accessory use, provided such accessory use would be in compliance with the requirements set forth in the table of permitted uses in section 5 of appendix A and in compliance with all requirements in section 5.3 of appendix A pertaining to accessory solar energy systems.
