Sec. 4-82. - Adoption by reference of state rabies control requirements.#
In accordance with R.I.G.L. § 4-13-29.1 the town hereby adopts into its code of ordinances and incorporates by reference the provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 4 of the R.I.G.L. insofar as they concern rabies control and the town also adopts and incorporates by reference the regulations adopted by the State of Rhode Island rabies control board.
